  1. Take 12 pieces GoatTrotters/Paya
  2. Take 2 big onion chop fine
  3. Take 1 cup fried onions /birishta
  4. Take 1/2 cup wheat flour
  5. Take to taste Salt
  6. Take 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp Shaan Nihari Masala
  9. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala grounded at home
Steps to make Paya Nihari:
  1. Get clean trotters from Market,wash well
  2. Keep ingredients ready
  3. Add oil in pressure cooker, heat add onions
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and fried onions too,Saute
  5. To this now add Trotters, red chilli powder Masala,garam masala.
  6. Add Shaan Masala now
  7. Mix well
  8. Add at least 1 litre water put to cook in pressure cooker
  9. Cook for 30-45. Minutes on slow or until 10-12 whistles
  10. Stir well,add a slurry of wheat flour
  11. Cook open 10 minutes
  12. Your Paya nihari is done to enjoy
  13. Options I added 1tspn pure ghee
