  1. Take PAKORA:
  2. Prepare 7-8 small mugs grams flour
  3. Make ready 2 onion medium (sliced)
  4. Get 6 :green chilli (sliced)
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp salt
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  7. Prepare 1 cup fresh coriander
  8. Make ready 2 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp anar dana
  10. Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds
  11. Take 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  12. Get Water as required
  13. Get CURRY:
  14. Prepare 1 cup Gram flour
  15. Prepare 1/2 kg Yogurt
  16. Prepare 2 Onion medium size (sliced)
  17. Get 2 Tomatoes medium size (chopped)
  18. Prepare 2 tbsp Ginger & garlic
  19. Take 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  20. Make ready 2 tbsp Salt
  21. Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric
  22. Prepare 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
  23. Make ready 1 cup Oil
  24. Make ready 1 glass Water
  25. Take 1 jug of water (extra to make the curry)
  26. Get 3 tbsp Ghee
  27. Make ready TADKA:
  28. Prepare 7 Dry red chilli
  29. Take 3 tbs Ghee
  30. Make ready 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  31. Take 1/2 tsp Nigella seeds
  32. Get 1 tbsp Fenugreek leaves
  33. Get 1 Green chilli
Steps to make Pakora Curry:
  1. CURRY RECIPE: - 1: in a blender add the yogurt, water and blend to mix it well and place it in a bowl.
  2. 2: now add the gram flour in the blender and fill it with water and blend.
  3. 3: heat oil add the onions and cook so they get soft, then add the ginger & garlic paste and fry till they get golden on high flame.
  4. 4: now add the tomatoes, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder mix cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface and the masala is made.
  5. 5: then add the gram flour and water mixture, yogurt and water mixture and extra 1 jug of water mix well, wait for a boil and cook on low to medium for 20 to 25 minutes and starts to get thick.
  6. PAKORA RECIPE: - 1: in a bowl add the gram flour, all the spices, onions, green chilli add the water slowly and mix it to make medium batter.
  7. 2: heat the oil and add the batter and make pakora, fry them on medium flame till golden.
  8. 3: remove them and place on paper towel to drain extra oil.
  9. 4: then add the pakora in the curry (do not add too many pakoras as they will absorb the curry if so can add extra water and cook a little more).
  10. 5: add the tadka, garma masala and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
  11. TADKA: - 1: heat ghee in a pan.
  12. 2: add the cumin seeds, nigella seeds, fenugreek leaves, green chill, dry red chilli fry well on high flame and add the to kadhi and mix.
  13. Serve hot.
