The ingredients needed to make Sweet corn pakora:
  1. Get 500 gm Sweet corn
  2. Make ready 100 gm gram flour
  3. Take 6 green chillies
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Make ready to taste salt
  6. Take pinch turmeric powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
  8. Get pinch asafoetida
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp Crushed Mari
  10. Get 2 tsp Coriander leaves
  11. Make ready 3 Fried green chillies
  12. Take 1 onion
Instructions to make Sweet corn pakora:
  1. Crush corn and green chillies in Grinder. Do not grind too much. No need to put any water.
  2. Transfer the mixture in to mixing bowl. Add all spices, gram flour and coriander leaves in to mixture. Mix well and make sure no lumps in mixture.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan on medium heat. By help of hand take mixture and add it to oil. Fry pakora on medium heat until it's properly fry to golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with onion and fried green chillies.
