  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
  2. Prepare 2 green chilli
  3. Take 1/2 cup besan
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp suji
  5. Get 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  6. Prepare to taste Salt
  7. Take 1 tsp Chilli powder
  8. Get 1 tsp coriander powder
  9. Prepare Pinch Asafetida
  10. Take As needed Oil for frying
  11. Make ready as needed Finely Chopped coriander
Steps to make Crispy Sweet Corn Pakoda:
  1. Make coarse paste of corn kernels and green chilli, take it out in a big mixing bowl.
  2. In corn paste add besan, suji, onion, all the masalas and coriander leaves. Mix all ingredients very well and make batter using water. It should be like Idli batter consistency. Let it rest for 10 min.
  3. Meanwhile put a wok on flame pour oil in it. Heat the oil at medium temperature.
  4. After 10 min take the batter and leave Pkoda in oil. Let them Cook on medium flame. Stir in between and fry them until crisp and golden. Take them out in plate. Serve hot with green chutney.
