The ingredients needed to make Prawn pakoda:
  1. Take 400 gms deveined prawns
  2. Get 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp cornflour
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp maida
  5. Make ready 2 tsp ginger paste
  6. Prepare 2 tsp garlic paste
  7. Get 1 TSP turmeric powder
  8. Take 1 lemon juice(medium size)
  9. Take 1 tsp pepper powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp dark soya sauce
  11. Get As per taste Salt
  12. Get As required Oil for frying
Instructions to make Prawn pakoda:
  1. Clean the prawns completely, wash once with turmeric and salt.
  2. To the prawns add ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, chilli powder, salt, pepper powder, soya sauce. Mix well and rest for about 10mins.
  3. Then add corn flour, maida and give a mix. Deep fry in hot oil.
  4. Once it turns golden red, remove from oil. Make sure prawns cooking time is only 5-6mins. Serve with pepper powder or sprinkle periperi masala.
