  2. Take 2 tbsp soy sauce

  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Steps to make Korean flavors Rice Bowl:
  1. Add all sauce ingredients (first 6 ingredients) to a small bowl, whisk together, adjust pepper flakes to your heat level
  2. Add a little oil to your pot, heat on medium high
  3. Chop garlic, add too hot oil, stir constantly for about 1 minute
  4. Add ground meat to pot with garlic, stir and chop into small pieces, until cooked
  5. Add sauce to ground meat, keep stirring, about 2 minutes
  6. Add green onions, stir for 1 additional minute
  7. Serve over prepared hot rice
  8. NOTES - be careful with the soy sauce, too much can make it overly salty. I also added a handful of snow peas to this one in the picture. Had some left over. Turned out good if you have some. Next time I'll try some chopped water chestnuts also, I think the crisp will add a nice touch. I was out of red pepper flakes and used 1 tablespoon of hot sauce instead, worked great.
