  17. Prepare 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  18. Get 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  19. Get 3 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  20. Prepare 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
  21. Get 1 tsp Vinegar
  22. Get 2 tsp Sugar
  23. Prepare 1 Tbsp Black Pepper

Stir-fry until you smell the aroma from the ingredients in the wok. Transfer the beef back into the wok or skillet. Serve immediately with rice or noodles! Tender strips of beef with a sticky honey black pepper stir fry sauce, this is one of my favourite dishes at my local Chinese restaurant.

Instructions to make Stir Fry Beef in Black Pepper Sauce:
  1. MARINADE: Marinate the Beef for 30 minutes or longer
  2. BEEF: Heat 2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil in a wok on high heat. Fry half (1/2) the Garlic and Ginger until fragrant (10 seconds). Add in the beef and cook it until brown all over. Set aside.
  3. VEGGIES: Heat another 2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil. Fry the Onions and the remaining Ginger and Garlic until fragrant. Add in the Bell Peppers and fry them until soft. Then add in the Beef. Turn down the heat to low.
  4. SAUCE: Add in the Sauce and mix well. If the Sauce is too dry, add Water 1/4 cup at a time. Then add in the Beef, mix well and coat the dish evenly. Serve with rice.
