The ingredients needed to make Paneer Kofta:
  1. Take 1/2 cup green peas Cooked
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 cups paneer Shredded
  3. Prepare 2 cups potato Mashed
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup cilantro Chopped
  5. Get 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup onion Chopped
  7. Get Salt -as per taste
  8. Make ready 1 tsp Pepper
  9. Take 1 cup Garam masala
  10. Prepare 1 cup Bread crumbs
  11. Take 1 cup Tomato puree
  12. Prepare 1 onion Chopped
  13. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  14. Prepare 1 Cinnamon stick
  15. Make ready 1 Cloves
  16. Get 1 Cardamom
  17. Get 1 Bay leaf
  18. Prepare 1/2 cup Cashew almond and powder
  19. Get 1 tbsp Heavy cream
  20. Make ready 1 tsp Salt
  21. Make ready 2 tsps Chilly powder
  22. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  23. Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder
  24. Take 1 tsp Garam masala
  25. Make ready 1 tsp Pepper
  26. Take 1/2 cup cilantro Chopped
  27. Take Oil-for deep frying
Instructions to make Paneer Kofta:
  1. For making the kofta balls…mix all the ingredients given to make a soft dough including bread crumbs. Make small balls out of the dough.
  2. You can either skip bread crumbs in the dough and coat the kofta balls with beaten egg whites and roll over bread crumbs and deep fry them.
  3. Now for the gravy, in a pan heat some oil and pop some cumin,cardamom,cinnamon stick and clove.
  4. Saute the onion with ginger garlic paste,salt and turmeric.
  5. Once its done, add the puree of crushed tomato and mix well till oil separates.
  6. When the onion and tomato is cooked,add the spice powders and cilantro and stir.
  7. Now cool this mixture for few minutes and along with cashew almond powder grind this mixture to fine paste.
  8. Pour the masala paste into the pan with some heated oil and stir well till the gravy is cooked.
  9. Add heavy cream to this gravy and let is simmer for about 2 minutes and your done!
  10. Place the kofta balls in the gravy and serve hot with Naan, Paratha and even rice.
