Instructions to make Lemon cheescake:
  1. For the crust, you melt the butter and pour it on the cumbs to have a consistent mixture that can set together. For the filling, try to melt the white chocolate together with the butter in the microwave. At the same time, put on the gelatin with the water and let them rest for few minutes.
