  1. Take 1 1/2 lb beef stew meat
  2. Make ready 3 tbsp All purpose flour
  3. Take 2 packages frozen veggies for stew
  4. Get 1 can diced tomatoes undrained
  5. Get 2 can 10 oz each condensed beef consomme
  6. Get 1 tbsp sugar
  7. Get 1 dash pepper
  8. Prepare 2 dry Bay leaves

In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery.

Instructions to make Beef Stew:
  1. heat oven to 325°f . 13x9 glass baking dish.
  2. toss beef in flour and frozen veggies.
  3. in a large bowl mix all remaining ingredients. pour over the beef and veggies. stir until mixed
  4. cover and bake for 3 1/2 hours. or until beef is tender.
  5. remove Bay leaves before serving
  6. Eat and enjoy ♡

Add beef back to dutch oven then add broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. Add beef, a few pieces at a time, and toss to coat.
