  12. Take 5-6 curry patta (optional)
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp jeera
  14. Take 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  15. Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric
  16. Get 1/4 tsp amchur powder
  17. Take as per taste Salt as per taste
  18. Get as per taste Red chilli powder (optional, as per your taste you can add)
  19. Get As required Oil for frying
Steps to make Stuffed Mirchi Kadi Pakoda:
  1. First make stuffing, so in a pan heat oil, now ads jeera and mustard seeds & curry patta.
  2. Now add onion, turmeric and fry for two minutes and then add boiled potato, salt, red chilli powder & amchur powder now mix nicely. And cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now in a bowl take besan add ajwain seeds, salt and pinch of soda. Add one tsp of oil. Mix them now add water and make pakoda batter.
  4. Slit the mirchi from center and stuff the aloo mixture.
  5. Heat oil in kadai, dip stuffed mirchi in besan and fry.
  6. Now cut them with help of knife or pizza cutter. Serve with kadi Or chutney of your choice.
  7. Enjoy your Stuffed Mirchi Bhajji!!!
