  5. add tomato and fry until soft
  6. add salt to taste and chilli powder and fry for a minute
  7. add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. turn off the heat
  8. wait till it cools down, and grind in a blender until smooth.
  9. serve with hot idlis or dosas
