  2. Take 100 gms Soaked soya wadi
  3. Prepare 50 gms boiled vegatables like potatoes,french beans and green peas

  5. Take 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  6. Prepare 2 big onions
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp biryani masala
  9. Get 1 tbsp coriander powder
  10. Make ready 1 tbsp kesar milk
  11. Make ready 1/2 cup fried onions
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup curd
  13. Prepare 2 tomatoes pureed
Steps to make Soya wadi biryani:
  1. Boiled basmati rice with whole spices and jeera.
  2. In a big vessel take ghee and oil, add whole spices. Now add onion cook till it is translucent. Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree. Cook for 2 mins.
  3. Now add soya wadi and dry masala powder, coriander, and salt cook for 5 mins.
  4. Now add rice layers above Kesar milk, mint leaves, fried onions and coriander leaves.
  5. Now give dum for 10 me bites on slow flame.
  6. Now it's ready to serve.
