Veggie Pasta is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Veggie Pasta is something which I’ve loved my whole life.

To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have veggie pasta using 19 ingredients and 19 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Veggie Pasta:
  1. Make ready Vegetables
  2. Get 1/4 green bell pepper/ capsicum thinly sliced
  3. Take 1/4 red bell pepper/ capsicum thinly sliced
  4. Prepare 1/4 yellow bell pepper/ capsicum thinly sliced
  5. Prepare 1 potato in small cubes
  6. Take 1 chopped onion
  7. Get Sauce Chart
  8. Make ready soy sauce
  9. Make ready red chilly sauce
  10. Make ready green chilly sauce
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp Vinegar
  12. Make ready 50 ml tomato paste
  13. Take Other Things
  14. Take 500 grams of Pasta of your choice
  15. Get 15 ml olive oil
  16. Prepare Spices & Herbs
  17. Take 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder, salt and turmeric powder(if available)
  18. Take 5 basil
  19. Get 5 Coriander
Instructions to make Veggie Pasta:
  1. Get a big pot that would be big enough to boil the pasta.
  2. Fill the pot 3/5 with water and add about 1 teaspoon of salt and let the water boil on high flame.
  3. When the water comes to boil, add pasta to it.
  4. Till the pasta is getting boiled, chop all the veggies.
  5. Now, add oil to a deep frying pan, turn on the flame to medium high and wait for 30 seconds.
  6. Now add the chopped onion to it and fry till golden brown.
  7. Now add the other veggies, basil leaves, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder to the pan and mix well.
  8. Now cover the pan and wait for 15-20 minutes and keep checking in between and stir to avoid burning the vegetables.
  9. Now, till the veggies are getting fried, check for the pasta. Break it from between. If you see a white line, it's not done. You can also check for it by chewing a peice of pasta.
  10. Now turn the flame of boiling pasta pot off and strain the pasta with a strainer and wash it with plenty cold water.
  11. Now check for veggies. If potatoes are golden brown and have became soft, they're done.
  12. Now add pasta to the vegetables and mix them well.
  13. Now add green chilly sauce, red chilly sauce, vinegar and soya sauce.
  14. Now toss and mix all the things in the pan to combine their flavors.
  15. Now turn the flame on high and mix it continuously for about 2 minutes.
  16. Now it's time to serve the pasta. Turn off the flame. Per serving would be about 100 grams.
  17. Serve it with tomato sauce on its top.
  18. Garnish with basil or coriander leaves.
  19. You can add lemom juice and coriander leaves for extra flavor.
