  12. Take 1 tbsp Flour
  13. Take 1/2 cup Milk
  14. Take Water as required
  15. Prepare to taste (Salt,pepper,garlic powder,chicken powder,thyme)
  16. Get 2-3 tbsp Mushroom chopped

Pour off excess fat from skillet. While steaks are coming to room temperature, prepare sauce. Chop mushroom to a small dice. Add mushrooms and sauté on high for two minutes.

Steps to make Fillet mignon with mushroom sauce:
  1. Marinate beef steak with only salt and pepper and olive oil and rest it for 2-3 hours.
  2. Make the grill pan very hot but do not grease the pan,grease the meat with olive oil and place in on hot pan.
  3. Grill for 3-4 min than flip after flipping put a spoon of butter and cloves of garlic for seasoning and grill for 2-3 min.
  4. Plate the steak and set with side lines.
  5. For veggies :cut veggies in Julian style and stir fry with olive oil and butter add seasoning (salt,pepper,thyme)
  6. For mushroom sauce:heat the pan and add butter than add flour mix well and add milk whisk continuously try to do not make lumps. Add little water as required and then add seasoning (salt,pepper,chicken powder,thyme,garlic powder)now add chopped mushrooms and mix well.
  7. Set the plate steak plate with veggies,baked potatoes or fries (your choice)caramelised garlic,mushroom sauce and dips.

Chop mushroom to a small dice. Add mushrooms and sauté on high for two minutes. Filet Mignon with Mushroom Red Wine Sauce is a perfect date-night or Valentine's Day dinner for two! Tender juicy filet mignon is pan-seared, then finished in the oven until it is melt-in-your-mouth tender. A hearty red wine sauce reduction with sliced earthy mushrooms is the perfect accompaniment.
